- By booking at the Hotel dei Platani/Hollywood you can decide to postpone your holiday when you want. We will keep the deposit paid for a future holiday (transferable also to friends and relatives)
Entertainment
- Children's recreation areas will be cleaned and sanitized regularly
- We will organize entertainment shows for you while maintaining the required distances in our large entertainment rooms and terraces
Cleaning and sanitizing the structure
For your safety, we use specific medical products based on sodium hypochlorite at the right concentrations for all surfaces, supplied by a certified company, both in the public areas and in the rooms.
Safety distances
We are the Hotel with the largest spaces, both in the restaurant and public areas. This allows you to enjoy your holiday with the maximum safety
Staff
All staff are trained and equipped for their own safety and that of our guests
Guests
- Masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic products for hand cleaning are available to our customers
- We created specific signs and posters for your safety
- Access to the elevator is allowed to only one person at a time: if you have no special needs, we kindly ask you to use the stairs
Beach
- Dispensers with hand sanitizers are positioned at the entrance to the beach and along the main walkway.
- There is a distance of at least 4X5 meters between sunbeds on the beach.
- The same family uses the same sunbeds until the end of the holiday, which will be sanitized regularly with their own towels
- Rescue workers ensure compliance with laid down rules.
