One of our main objectives is to make you feel good, and that well-being also comes through the kitchen, where we use the best ingredients. This is why we go directly to the fruit and vegetable market to choose quality and seasonal fruit and vegetables, but also to look for meat and fish from our areas and therefore as much as possible at km 0, with particular attention to seasonal products. The wines from our hills are an excellence, which is why we prefer them. The Romagna tradition accompanies all our dishes, but we do not give up making you try something new every year.
We will make your mouth water as soon as you step into the dining room: you will find 4 buffets to keep our dishes warm or cold, so that you can enjoy them to the fullest.
